Shudder for Roku

Shudder is available to watch on most Roku devices! Just search for us in the Roku Channel Store. 

When you download the channel, you will have two set up options:
  1. If you already have a Shudder account, you can choose to log in with your existing account
  2. If you don't have an account yet, you can add the channel, and then purchase a membership in the channel (you'll still be able to use this account to watch on your phone and other supported devices!)

Troubleshooting:

If you find you're having a playback issue when watching in our app on your Roku, please try:
  1. Rebooting your device
  2. Confirming that you are still connected to your WiFi or Ethernet network
  3. Making sure you have updated to the latest software version on your device
  4. Making sure your device is fully updated by checking your settings
  5. Delete and re-download the app

If you are still experiencing an issue after trying those steps, please email us - support@shudder.com - and let us know:
  1. Your specific device and model number
  2. If this issue concerns a specific title, please let us know which one
  3. If you are getting a specific error message
  4. If you can, a photo or video of the issue could really help us further identify the issue
