Shudder on AppleTV

For 4th Gen Apple TV or higher:

To start watching Shudder on your AppleTV, first download our app onto your device.

If you have an existing Shudder subscription, open the app and log in.

If you don't have an existing Shudder subscription, you can choose the option to purchase one from Apple.  You have to enter your Apple ID before purchasing your subscription on your AppleTV. 

Then you will need to check your Apple ID email inbox for an email that directs you to a web page where you can set a password. Once you have set that password, you can then use that password and your email address as the username to stream from any other device. 
 
If you do not follow through with this password flow, then you will only be able to stream on the AppleTV that you made the purchase on.

Troubleshooting:

If you encounter an issue while watching on your AppleTV, please try:
 
# Rebooting your device.
# Confirming that you are still connected to your WiFi or Ethernet network.
# Making sure you have updated to the latest software version on your device.
# Making sure your device is fully updated by checking your settings.
# Delete and re-download the app.
