Please note: Deleting the Shudder app from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancel instructions below in order to stop being billed.

If you signed up for Shudder via the Apple App Store, you can cancel your subscription by following these steps:


From your computer:

  1. Open the App Store, make sure you're signed in with your Apple ID and click on your name in the bottom left corner or the screen
  2. Click on Account Settings on the top of the screen
  3. On the Account Information screen, scroll to the Manage section
  4. To the right of Subscriptions, select Manage
  5. To the right of the Shudder subscription, select Edit ***
  6. Select Cancel Subscription from the bottom of the page
  7. Select Confirm


 

From your iPhone or iPad: 

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your name
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Shudder ***
  5. Select Cancel Subscription from the bottom of the page.
  6. Select Confirm

***  If you don't see a Shudder subscription, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID. If you are still unable to find your subscription, contact Apple support for help locating and cancelling your subscription.

 

If you don't see a Shudder subscription and only have one Apple ID, you might have subscribed directly through Shudder and not through Apple. In this case, please use this article to cancel your subscription.
