Check for updates: Check your app store for an app update, and your device settings for pending system or security updates.

Delete and Reinstall the Shudder app and reboot your device: Takes a few minutes, but might do the trick!

Data / Wifi connection: Check your network and try switching between Wifi and data.

Clear app cache: If you don’t know how to do this, search the web for instructions for your specific device.
