How to switch to a different subscription plan
If you are a new Shudder subscriber, or your subscription has renewed since March 5th, you can switch between the monthly and annual plan directly in your account on the Shudder website or mobile app.
Here's how to do it:
Go to the Plan settings page by clicking here. Alternatively, you can also get there manually within the Account Settings, by clicking on your Profile Avatar in the top corner.
Select the plan you want to switch to and follow the steps on-screen to complete the plan change.
You might not see the change right away, as the request can take a few minutes to process.
If you've subscribed before March 5th, this feature may not be available to you yet. You will only be able to make plan changes if your subscription has renewed since March 5th.
What if I want to change my plan before my next renewal date?
→ If you wish to change your subscription type prior to your next renewal date, we suggest that you cancel your current subscription plan and, once it expires, simply re-subscribe to your preferred plan!
