To ensure the smoothest journey into the new Shudderverse, we are briefly disabling account-management features, starting Sunday, March 1st.

What's temporarily blocked and what this means for you:

Account Creation & New Subscriptions

You'll be unable to create a new account or (re-)start a subscription directly on Shudder. But don't worry, you'll be guided to alternatives to get your Shudder fix in the meantime. If you'd rather experience the new Shudder right when it launches, keep an eye on our newsletters and social media. We'll scream when it's live!

Password Resets

Locked out? Us too! If there was any way for us to help you, we would. Sadly our support team will also be unable to reset passwords. We're counting the hours!

My List & Continue Watching

You won't be able to add or remove titles on your watchlist. And any watch progress during this period will be... lost in the void?

Cancel Requests (Web Sign-ups)

Trying to get out? Navigate to your Account page on Web and fill out the cancel request form. All requests will be processed as soon as the transition phase is over. The good news? Billing is also on hold and you will not be charged in the meantime!

While it may be tempting to reach out for expedited assistance with any of these features during the blackout, please understand that our Shudder support team will also be in the dark and cut off from all account related features.

All this might sound scary, but rest assured that it's only temporary and we truly believe it'll be worth it.
