Please note: Deleting the Shudder app from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancel instructions below in order to stop being billed.

If you signed up for Shudder via the Apple App Store, you can cancel your subscription by following these steps:

From your computer:

Open the App Store, make sure you're signed in with your Apple ID and click on your name in the bottom left corner or the screen
Click on Account Settings on the top of the screen
On the Account Information screen, scroll to the Manage section
To the right of Subscriptions, select Manage
To the right of the Shudder subscription, select Edit ***
Select Cancel Subscription from the bottom of the page
Select Confirm

From your iPhone or iPad:

Open Settings
Tap your name
Tap Subscriptions
Select Shudder ***
Select Cancel Subscription from the bottom of the page.
Select Confirm
