Shudder on Android phones & tablets
The Shudder Android app is currently available in the Google Play Store - search for it from your device to install, or click here. Shudder is compatible with most Android mobile devices. Please check our Play Store listing for current operating system version requirements. We recommend Android 7 and higher for a smooth experience.
Troubleshooting
Check for updates: Check your app store for an app update, and your device settings for pending system or security updates.
Delete and Reinstall the Shudder app and reboot your device: Takes a few minutes, but might do the trick!
Data / Wifi connection: Check your network and try switching between Wifi and data.
Clear app cache: If you don’t know how to do this, search the web for instructions for your specific device.
