Can't access Shudder account
If you’re experiencing issues, please make sure you:
Update to the latest app/browser version on all your devices, clear your cache and cookies for Shudder on your browser.
(Note: Deleting and reinstalling the app may not update the app. Please update the app from your appstore.)
Make sure you're using the correct email address, your username will not work for logging in.
