Please note: Deleting the Shudder app or channel from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancel instructions below in order to stop being billed. Sign-ups:
If you signed up with a credit card via our website, you must cancel through a web browser on your computer, tablet, or via the mobile web on your smartphone. At the moment, you cannot cancel your account in our apps for iOS and Android.

1. Sign in via a web browser and click ‘My Account’ in the top right-hand corner of the site
2. Click 'Cancel Membership' on the lower right-hand side under 'Membership Settings'

PayPal Sign-ups:
If you signed up with PayPal, please log into your PayPal account and cancel the recurring payment to Shudder. Otherwise, PayPal will continue to bill you and forward the recurring payment to us. Once you cancel the recurring payment, we will be notified and the subscription will be canceled.

Device Sign-ups:
If you are having trouble canceling via the Shudder website, it’s likely that you signed up through Apple, Google Play, Roku, or Amazon Prime's add-on subscription, in which case, see our troubleshooting instructions for each individual service below:
