If you’re experiencing issues, please make sure you:
- Update to the latest app/browser version on all your devices, clear your cache and cookies for Shudder on your browser.
- (Note: Deleting and reinstalling the app may not update the app. Please update the app from your appstore.)
- Use your email address rather than your user name to log in.
- If needed, you can reset your password from the updated app or website.
Going forward, you will need to use your e-mail address to log in. You can no longer log in using your user name.
